SNaaS

SNaaS - Acronym for Social Networking as a Service.  SNaaS software is hosted by the vendor to minimize the technical involvement by the user and maximize the ability for the tools to be updated.  SNing tools are changing too fast to worry about upgrades.  New versions must be rolled out immediately across all users.
